Sometimes you get asked the question what you dislike about your body. Then you also get asked what you like about your body?
I am not that kind of person that likes negative sounding questions about their self or about myself. I don’t naively believe that I am the most beautiful person in the world but I feel very confident about myself.
I was struggling with the beauty problem when I was a teenager. There are still lot’s of people around me that are still struggling with that.
Let's talk about how we can pass this :)
1- Confidence: I said that I am confident about myself. What do I exactly mean by confidence? When I was growing up everyone was saying that I have a big noes. I always felt so embraced growing up. Also people around me were pushing me to go for plastic surgery. Obviously I didn’t want it. Instead of thinking that I have a big nose, I looked at it from a different perspective. I started believing that this is my uniqueness which made me different from other people. I built confidence around it.
2- Be kind: I started to hanging out with kind people that were more positive and confident. This was an important step in my life. I built a wall around myself with beautiful thinking people. I stopped seeing the ones that were really harsh on me. Don’t let people bring you down.
3- No negative talk: Don’t talk negative about yourself. Most people say something negative about their self and expect others to make them feel better. I usually work on my negative part and prefer not to talk about it with others.
4- Sleep enough: On social media I see all these negative captures about “Mondays". Personally I never get depressed about starting a week. I go to bed early enough to get my sleep. Even on weekends I get up early which might help you pass these negative Monday captures.
5- Treat yourself: Cook at home, organize your room your way, or enjoy a cup of tea. These little treats will make you feel much better and more beautiful.
6- Love your style: Don’t go shopping when you feel down or less motivated. Create your own style and you will feel more beautiful then ever before.
7- Go to places you enjoy: I like going to industrial or minimalistic coffee shops, bars or restaurants. Get a meal or go out for a drink. Spending some time at a beautiful place will make you feel good as well.
8- Skincare and workout: I work out for my health. Don’t you feel beautiful when your body gets in shape? I use skincare products more often than make-up. I believe that if you take care of your skin then you don’t need to cover it up. It makes you feel more confident.
9- Don’t compare yourself with others: I generally don’t want to look like someone else. Everyone has a different body shape and skin color.
