I started a healthy daily routine in my life and wanted to share it with you.
1- The first thing in the morning is washing my face with cold water. Cold water wakes you up and gives you a fresh start.
2- I make warm water and squeeze a fresh lemon into it. Sometimes I add ginger pieces as well. Lemon water gives you Vitamin C and helps for digesting.
3- Waking up earlier to give yourself extra time for you or your family (dog, boyfriend, girlfriend, ...) You can even enjoy breakfast or coffee together before you start your busy day.
4- If you are living in the city, working from home or the office then it's necessary to go out into nature once a while. I take my dog every morning to the park for a little hike. I usually get some coffee on the way or make it at home and take it with me. A nice walk helps you listen to yourself and gets you motivated for the day.
5- Take a shower and take care of your skin. I have been using perricone md lately and I really like their result.
