There are always those times when you feel frustrated, down or just low on energy. We call these maybe bad vibes or negative periods in our life. I personally see them as life challenges rather than road blocks.
Being a positive person is in these situations harder than most jobs. Here are some tips how I help myself out of these challenging situations.
1- Find out why you are negative, why you are not happy. You might not like your job. You might just need attention.
2- Drop everything for a day. Take a day off from your work, turn off your social media accounts.
3- Go out. I like to go out when I feel negative vibes. I prefer long walks with a good cup of coffee or go to my favorite coffee place. It automatically kills the bad vibes.
4- Meet with someone positive: I like meeting with other friends who are really fun and don’t talk about problems. Just go and enjoy your time with them. You don’t need to kill other vibes.
5- Listen: I like watching positive ted talks who can give me a good vision. Even just to listen to positive mediation songs relates my mind.
6- Meditations: Turn off everything electronic around you and listen to yourself. I love remembering and picturing my dreams and my goals in front of me.
7- Cook: Cooking is my kinda therapy. I like cooking interesting meals and inviting others. It helps my psychology.
8 - Don’t forget you are not alone. Every single person has one problem.
